Monday Blues

Monday, 9.20.10

Warm-Up:
-Foam Roll, Stretch, PVC Work
-Jump Rope

Strength/Skill:
-Pistols- 3x1/per leg (unweighted), 3x1/per leg w/20# DB, 3x1/per leg (unweighted)
-Back Squat- 45x5, 95x5, 135x5, 165x5, 185x5, 210x6
-Back Squat- Continuously running clock, every 30sec. do 3x BS @135# w/ 38# of Chains, total of 5 sets (keep bar racked on back the entire time)
-Deadhang Pullup- 15 *PR, 12, 9

Conditioning:
-1k Row- 3:25.9 (1:43/500m Pace) D8
-Hanging L'sit- 25sec.

Back Squat is getting nowhere, fast. Really starting to fucking frustrate me. Lower back started acting up again so I cut my last set out at 6, play it safe to lift another day...
