I've said it before, and I will say it a lot fucking more: If I was even a *decent* runner, I could actually be somewhat of a competitor. First WOD went pretty well, took my time on the MU's, making sure I didn't miss. C&J's were fast. 2nd WOD was a failure, plain & simple. Shoulders were already pretty fatigued. 1st round was unbroken, took me 60sec. Then, it was all downhill from there...
