-400m Sprint- 1.16
-400m Run, x3- 1.35, 1.33, 135 (rest 60sec./run) (maintain a +10-12sec. pace of 400m Sprint)
I wanted to maintain a +10-12sec. 400m Sprint pace but ended up with a +17-19sec. pace. Worked on better technique today.
