Double'Unders were horrible today, fuck! Have to work on my DU's during stressful situations. Never done a straight-legged muscle snatch before, that was different. I forgot how bad rowing a 1k sucks ass. The Recovery Method is working it's Magic. I went into yesterday feeling like a sore bag of assholes, came out feeling great. Felt good today, and even better after training.
