Successfully gamed these workouts as planned. Operated around ~80% capacity on both. It felt really good to go through these workouts knowing I had more in me. Snatches are getting better and more comfortable. No failure on any reps or movements. I'm getting in touch with my different Switches. I'm confident I would be good for 6+ Rds. on both of these WOD's when I'm in Crush Mode.
